Of course, they are not as pretty as those performing at pubs or night clubs, but they are trying hard to make a living too. Nonetheless, one of the performers scared the hell out of me when she (or he) walked past me on the street. Minutes later, I found her (or he) at the other end of the market performing some jokes in Thai, which I couldn’t understand.

If you think she’s lovely, check out her show at Chatuchak. LOL!

Another hot stuffs I have in mind is this…

The hot charcoals

I love Korean food, and I was enjoying myself during my trip to Korea. I like the barbecue beef and pork which you will have to prepare them by yourself.

Barbecue…

But the process of waiting for the food makes everything worthwhile. However, some local Korean restaurants will prepare the barbecue for you, if you ask them to do so. So if you are too lazy to touch all those stuffs, get someone to do it then.

Bon appetit

I have been practising yoga for a few years, but I stopped during both pregnancies. My yoga instructor didn’t teach yoga for expectant mothers at that moment, if not I would continue as usual. The best thing about yoga and pilates is you can really push your body to go further than you expected, after lots and lots of practice.

This is Wheel Pose (Urdhva Dhanurasana). Before I was a mother, I would just bend backward until I touched the floor. But now, I only do it the proper way by following the steps in Urdhva Dhanurasana.

Please don’t try this at home if you don’t have any background in yoga, gymnastic or flexibility. If you have backache like spine injury, this is not for you too, ok?

The Beatles are classic to me. My dad loves the band and I used to listen to The Beatles when I was a little girl. I can’t remember all those songs though, but to me, The Beatles is forever.

I found this toy drum set of The Beatles at the flea market in Tanah Lot, Bali. I was thinking about getting it on the way back but I had totally forgotten about it as we took the other way back after sightseeing and didn’t go through the flea market again.

Luckily, I took a shot when I was checking out the things at the stall. Frankly, I am very regretted that I didn’t get the drums. Maybe I will check it out when I go to Bali again.

It’s the Moon Cake Festival in Chinese lunar calendar. Most children will be having fun playing with lanterns and those traditional lanterns are made of papers. But nowadays, there are more and more plastic lanterns available for the kids. They are battery operated and come with lights and music. However, the music can be really irritating though. LOL!

Just in case you haven’t seen any paper lanterns before, I have an example:

You will have to use candles to light it up. This is a recycled paper lantern made by my friend for her daughter. She used some plastic cups to build the structure before pasting the paper on it.

So, which one do you prefer? The plastic lantern? Or the traditional paper ones?

This is my first submission for Photo Hunters!!! I have been snapping photos for all my blogs for some time, but it’s only recently that I came across PhotoHunt. So this is what I’m going to share for this week’s theme: Music

This photo was taken when we had our holiday in Bali.

My girl was very eager to play with the metal xylophone, even if it was still wrapped up and we had not pay for it. She sat at the counter and making her own music which she thought was a masterpiece. LOL! The xylophone was very loud and she attracted some attention from the other shoppers too. I’m not sure if they were annoyed by my gal’s music skill, but nothing could stop her from playing the instrument, not until she poo and messed up her diaper.

If it’s not due to the fact that she needed to be changed, she might be making music all day long.
